Faubourg du Mascaret is more than just your home, it is a community where you can enjoy spending time with friendly neighbours, evenings with family and friends and taking part in fun and exclusive activities and programs.

Wellness Program Activities and Benefits:

Regularly scheduled onsite social activities and organized events catered to interests among the residents

  • Our professional wellness coaches work with each resident one-on-one to understand resident interests, goals and preferences for wellness and social activities
  • Residents can add their own wellness activities such as reading groups, external group meetings or seminars to the events calendar
  • Residents can use the fitness centre as they’d like on their own or can participate in scheduled classes
  • Reserve one of our many amenity spaces to hold a private event with your friends and family

Harmony by Faubourg

At Faubourg du Mascaret, we understand wellness is the key to enjoying life. We are pleased to offer residents our Harmony Program for healthy aging, a holistic approach to health and wellness. We work with clients to develop a plan which includes a variety programs, classes and activities to suit the individual and support the mind, body and soul.

Residents can participate in a variety of fitness activities if they choose to do so. Classes include yoga, Tai chi and strength training.
