^*Estimates are based on the lowest starting from rate for a studio or 1-bedroom suite in the province selected based on single occupancy for an all-inclusive lifestyle and/or a combination of a lifestyle apartment with a similar additional services package to achieve all-inclusive living. All-inclusive living is defined as a private suite with all utilities and communication services (communications services may vary by site and covers basic cable, common area WiFi and local phone services), two restaurant-style meals a day, housekeeping, linen/laundry service, chauffeur and concierge, and unlimited wellness programming. Estimates are not based on current available suites and prices are subject to change.
All residents are required to secure personal contents insurance for items in their suite (suite types, sizes, finishes and appliances vary by site) and secure storage area. Additional lifestyle options, additional services and care packages are available. Taxes are included in your one monthly bill. Any service that is included as part of the resident lease is HST exempt. HST will be charged to all additional services purchased a-la-carte, apart from care services provided by a licensed professional. In some cases, medical receipts are provided for tax purposes.
