What\u2019s the buzz all about? It\u2019s DrumFIT, one of the most popular programs offered in our community.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

DrumFIT is not your average exercise class. It\u2019s a high-energy cardio drumming program designed for people of all ages and abilities, with a focus on fun, fitness, and flexibility. This class adapts to meeting residents where they are.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Just ask Linda Lee, one of the program\u2019s most enthusiastic participants. At 90 years young, Linda knows a thing or two about staying active. She likes to sit up front so I can see everything!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For Linda, DrumFIT is more than just exercise, it\u2019s a way to keep her body moving and her spirits high. The freedom to set her own pace means she can enjoy the class comfortably while still feeling energized and challenged.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
