At Faubourg du Mascaret, taking a personalized tour is an important part of saying \u2018yes\u2019 to a social and carefree lifestyle. Our team understands it\u2019s not just about seeing the space \u2013 it\u2019s also about getting that special feeling when you walk through the front door.<\/p>\n

We are delighted to welcome you to our safe, social and beautifully designed community. With unlimited amenities to explore, people to meet and questions to ask, your tour of Faubourg will be guided by an experienced team member\u2014your Lifestyle Consultant. Here\u2019s what you can expect during your visit!<\/p>\n

Who can I bring? <\/strong><\/h4>\n

At Faubourg, residents come first, and family is always welcome. While you can certainly visit on your own, we encourage you to bring at least one other person who knows you well. A second person means you can ask twice as many questions!<\/p>\n

Where should I go when I arrive?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Before your visit, your Lifestyle Consultant will contact you to confirm the time of your tour and the location of our visitor parking. When you arrive, our front desk team will welcome you and ask you to sign our visitor log. If the Lifestyle Consultant hasn\u2019t yet arrived, feel free to take a seat wherever feels comfortable in our lobby or lounge area. And if you need anything \u2013 don\u2019t hesitate to ask.<\/p>\n

How long is the tour? <\/strong><\/h4>\n

Tours typically take between 30 and 60 minutes, and we can be flexible based on what it is you\u2019re interested in seeing. Please let your Lifestyle Consultant know in advance if you have to leave at a specific time.<\/p>\n

What will I see on my tour? <\/strong><\/h4>\n

We will start in the lobby and take a tour through main amenity spaces including our dining areas, the spa, gym, games room, theatre, library and more. We will also show you the many beautiful lounge areas where you can gather with family, friends and neighbours who you will likely see relaxing, playing cards, reading a good book or playing our community piano.<\/p>\n

Can I attend an activity?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

If you are interested in sitting in on one of our Harmony Wellness <\/a>activities, please let your Lifestyle Consultant know and they will try to schedule your tour at a time when you can take in a sample of our activities. Schedules vary by site and can range from fitness classes to a morning walk, a movie, bingo and more.<\/p>\n

Can I see or try the food?\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h4>\n

The dining experience at Faubourg is at the heart of resident life. Our talented culinary team loves creating locally inspired meals with fresh and seasonal ingredients, and you\u2019ll likely see them preparing for the next meal in our kitchen during your visit. Want to experience a taste of Faubourg? Ask your Lifestyle Consultant about what\u2019s possible at your selected community, including a take-home meal or tableside service in our restaurant-style dining room.<\/p>\n

What happens after the tour? <\/strong><\/h4>\n

When you\u2019ve seen all that life at Faubourg has to offer, your Lifestyle Consultant will invite you to sit down and discuss any questions you might have. They will also share information about current suite and lifestyle availability at that location, including pricing and options for additional services. And don\u2019t worry about taking notes \u2013 your Lifestyle Consultant will provide you with a folder that includes all the information you need.<\/p>\n

Can I decide to move in right away?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Of course! If you decide to call Faubourg home, you can secure your room right away with the help of your Lifestyle Consultant. They will work with you through the deposit and lease-signing process with you before introducing you to the broader team who will look forward to helping you move in and enjoy life at Faubourg.<\/p>\n

I\u2019d like to try it out \u2013 can I do a short-term stay? <\/strong><\/h4>\n

Residents of Faubourg enjoy exceptional service and beautiful amenities with no long-term contracts. You can stay for as long as you like and are only ever required to give 30 days\u2019 notice. If you are interested in a short-term or respite stay, please ask your Lifestyle Consultant for more information.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m not quite ready to decide. What\u2019s next?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Taking a tour can be an experience that sometimes requires reflection and conversation with those who know you best. We\u2019ll be here when you\u2019re ready \u2013 there is absolutely no pressure to decide on the day of your tour. Once you\u2019ve had a chance to review the information, consider calling your Lifestyle Consultant with any follow-up questions or to book another tour.<\/p>\n

Something came up. Is it ok to cancel? <\/strong><\/h4>\n

Of course! If you are unable to make your appointment, please reach out to your Lifestyle Consultant in advance of the tour time so they know you\u2019re ok. They will be more than happy to reschedule for a time that works for you, or you can let us know you\u2019ll reach back out when you\u2019re ready to rebook.<\/p>\n
