Pulse until a sticky batter forms. You may need to add a tablespoon of water depending on the moisture level of the dates.<\/li>\n<li>Roll into 24 balls of 1.5 ounces each.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You can store these balls in the fridge for 7 days or freeze them for up to 6 months.
