Baby Shrimp<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"312\">6 oz. Broken Scallops<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"312\">12 oz. Haddock<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"312\">3 oz. Lobster, broken<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"312\">275 ml Water<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"312\">3 oz. Clams with juice<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"312\">3 oz. Bacon<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"312\">3 oz. Celery<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"312\">2 oz. Green onion<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"312\">1 oz. Butter<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"312\">45 ml Flour<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"312\">360 ml each 2% and 35%<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"312\">11 oz. Potatoes<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"312\">Dill as needed, salt and pepper to taste<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Add seafood, along with water, simmer 20 mins.<br \/>\nRemove cooked seafood and keep cooking liquid.<\/li>\n<li>In another pot render bacon then add celery and onions,<br \/>\ndo not brown.<\/li>\n<li>Add butter, melt then add flour.<br \/>\nAdd cooking liquid to pot, stir until thickened.<\/li>\n<li>Add in dairy and bring to a simmer, then add diced<br \/>\npotatoes.
